With over 20 years of international experience in Shanghai, New York, and London, and a background as a TV reporter and PR consultant, Karsten understands the challenges leaders face in today’s complex media landscape.
As a former foreign correspondent for RTL in New York, he provides practical, hands-on tips to help clients communicate with clarity and confidence, even in critical situations.
Beyond his practical experience, Karsten is a lecturer in "Applied Rhetoric and Communication" at Heinrich Heine University. He is a certified ICF coach, NLP specialist, and an attorney with a focus on press law, offering broad expertise in his training sessions. Karsten speaks German, English, and Chinese.

She combines her communication expertise with diverse coaching and workshop skills. As a communication consultant, trainer, and coach, she works according to the well-known Co-Active model.
As a business and feedback coach and trainer, she collaborates with leaders in global multinational organizations. She brings 25 years of experience in senior positions across various industries in Europe and the USA, including banking, energy, aviation, consumer electronics, and management.
She has led various communication departments at E.ON, Citibank, BMW Rolls-Royce, and many other companies.

Dr. Roland Winkler

The China Coach
Dr. Roland Winkler holds a PhD in Sinology and has been working for over fifteen years, primarily in consulting for German companies and business development related to China.
As an experienced intercultural manager for Chinese-German projects, he understands the key factors needed to make collaboration successful.
From 2005 to 2018, Dr. Winkler lived and worked in Shanghai, where he led projects such as Econet China at the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
Together with German and Chinese architects, Roland founded MUDI ("Munich Urban Design International"), an architectural firm specializing in sustainable design.
His areas of expertise include cultural and technical training as well as intercultural mediation.
He is currently based in Munich.
